    Horrible Service in the store located at 2149 Airline Road, Corpus Christi, Tx, 78414. I went to the store on Monday Feb 02, 2026, to use the warranty for my defective battery and the "teen" so called Manager dismissed my claim because, as per her professional and expert opinion, the Battery tested good. I had explained to her that overnight I disconnected the battery from the car (to avoid Parasitic Draw), and in the next morning the battery doesn't have enough power to crank the starter motor, and I have to jump the car with my other car, and it started right away. She continued, as a broken record, claiming that the battery is good, because the tester says so, for your information of course it tested good after being charge by the alternator, you can't test self-drainage with that tool. Please contract qualified technicians that understand how cars functions and are able to troubleshoot with the information provided by the client. Then I went to the store located on 4053 Saratoga Blvd, 78413, and explained my problem to the Knowledgeable manager at that store, and right away she swaps the battery without any drama. Now my car is starting right away. Thanks to the Professional service provided by the manager at the store located on 4053 Saratoga Blvd, 78413

    Went to this location to purchase a battery but since I was on my motorcycle I had a bag to put it in. After purchasing, battery was too heavy for me to lift from the counter so the employee put it in my bag for me. He put it in sideways but I didn’t think much of it because I’m not the one that works at AutoZone when I got home my backside and motorcycle was covered in battery acid and my skin is burning intensity. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, I told her the situation and she said that she could get them to replace the battery and they didn’t even apologize. I told her I was unable to make it tonight because it was already dark and cold out and my skin was burning intensely that’s when she responded angrily “I mean so what are you asking for” I only told her that I wouldn’t be able to make it because I didn’t want them expecting me. The next day I went to replace the battery they just gave me the battery and sent me off still no apology for their mistake

    After being directed to AutoZone on airline by one of the other AutoZone stores that informed me that The AutoZone on airline had 40 quarts of mobile 1 0W 40 supercar for my C8 Corvette. Upon my arrival at the airline store. I was told by an employee that yes they do have the 40 quartz, but I would need to be a contractor to purchase it. It Does not make sense to me how I would need to be a contractor to purchase retail product at a retail store that I was directed to by one of their other stores management was involved and it is in fact that at airline you do in fact have to be a contractor to purchase retail products. How inconvenient!!!! Very poor Customer Service and very dissatisfied
