They claimed that since the battery was purchased on-line, from the AutoZone website mind you, they could not help her change the battery. Having a daughter away at school means being dependent on others to help, and the employees at the AutoZone on Staples St did just that.

Young college man who took the time to not only check our warranty but switch out the battery himself! Not a lot of young guys take the extra step but he took care of it all, and seemed happy to do so. Whichever profession he decides on after college I am sure he will be successful. Thank you young man for being kind and respectful! Great customer service!
