I walked out because I was waiting in line to pay, and you think it’s ok to answer the phone and help a customer that just called in instead of taking care of the actual customers in front of you that’s been waiting in line. Very horrible customer service. I don’t know how many times I have called in to check something got put on hold because there were customers in line. Exactly how it should be. I hope owners see this and I will be calling corp. for a complaint!
