  Everything was handled wonderfully. The online service and the service at the Corpus Christi airport was excellent. Several people were waiting in line and the agent handled everything with ease. The Hyundai Tucson we received handled the roads well and was great with gas mileage. Will definitely use Alamo again.

  My overall experience with Alamo was positive and generally hassle-free. While the check-in and pickup process was smooth, it took longer than expected due to only one representative being available, resulting in an approximate 20-minute wait. Having multiple representatives available during pickup would significantly improve efficiency and the overall customer experience. Representatives may not always be aware of a customer’s travel constraints, as many renters are driving long distances to catch flights and must account for traffic, construction, or unexpected delays. Time is critical for many travelers, and not all rentals are for leisure purposes, so minimizing wait times is especially important. Once the vehicle was received, everything else went very well. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready as expected. The Hyundai Elantra SEL was comfortable, fuel-efficient, and performed reliably throughout the rental period. The return process was equally efficient, with clear instructions and no delays. Overall, the service met my expectations, and I appreciated the professionalism of the Alamo team. I would consider renting from Alamo again in the future.
