  Eric was great in setting me up with the exact kind of vehicle i was looking for, thoroughly explaining everything throughout, and making things quick, convenient and comfortable. The renting team was great as well, will definitely look to enterprise and this location for any car needs in the future

  EDIT: After posting this review, I recently received a call from an enterprise employee asking abt out experience, when I let him know what had happened, he told me he would go by the local, Corinth, location and get back with me. That was Friday, I have yet to hear from anyone on Tuesday mid morning. I will be lowering my 4 star review to 1 because don’t tell me you’re going to do something and then don’t. We left the garage door opener in the rental and although, I called the local office they have not been able to locate it since the car was sent to the mechanic. I realize it was our fault, but it would have been nice if the local office would go through the cars before sending them off. I called this morning and they said they would call the mechanic, but 2 hours later I still have not heard from them.

  This is now my third time trying to write this review!! My husband and I drove in late, a few nights before New Year's, from Amarillo. This was a very cold night, mind you, but I was on a mission. I needed a new vehicle and I "KNEW" what I wanted in and out of this vehicle. So we pull up to Enterprise, I hop out, on the hunt... here comes Mr. Don Juan walking towards my husband, lol. That's  because I proceeded with my search and bypassed the initial hellos, lol. I did this because I already "KNEW"  what I wanted... **SPOILER ALERT** I DID NOT know what I wanted but Mr. Don Juan listen to what I thought I wanted and lead me to exactly what I needed and LOVE. That's her name btw, Lady Love ❤️. Anyways, to get to why I call Mr. Donald D. Satchell Jr., Don Juan, is that while we were signing paperwork, I noticed a picture of him and his beautiful bride!! I told him that she was very beautiful and he told me that they've known each since kindergarten! Then he tells me how in the beginning when they met she seen Urkel but when they met again later and started dating, he became her Stefan!! So I said yeah to Don, "you became her Don Juan"!! Let me tell you Don D. Satchell Jr. at Enterprise made this car purchasing experience so enlightening, both my husband and I mentioned how professional, perceptive, and what awesome customer service Don provided. He's around the same age as our eldest son and we could only imagine how his parents feel about him!
