    I am referencing Rental Agreement #396812 *Please note my name was spelled incorrectly on the documents created by Enterprise* I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise, especially as this was my first time ever renting a car. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. I initially called to schedule a rental and a pickup from a collision center. I was clearly told that a vehicle was available at a specific insurance-covered daily rate and that I would be picked up at 10:00 AM. To be safe, I called again the morning of at 8:00 AM and was reassured that everything was in place and that someone would arrive around 9:00 AM so I would not be left waiting. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up. I waited for over an hour at the collision center and ultimately had to arrange my own transportation—both to leave the center and to get to the rental location. When I arrived, the manager informed me the rate would be $10 more per day than what I had been quoted and agreed to. I explained that this was an insurance-covered rental and that I could not accept additional out-of-pocket costs. Instead of working toward a solution, he initially told me he couldn’t provide a vehicle at that rate and made several unprofessional remarks, including comments implying that I should expect it to be “expensive” and questioning my ability to afford it. He also argued that I had “called the wrong place,” despite my reservation being in their system. Only after I pushed back did he agree to honor the originally quoted rate, framing it as a “favor,” and told me I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. The experience did not improve from there. About a week later, I called (on the exact day I was instructed to do so) to extend my rental. I was told I needed to provide another deposit due to an extra day, despite having already paid for the week upfront. When I asked for clarification, the manager stated that I was “wasting his time” and refused to properly explain. He then told me my math was wrong, that I didn’t understand, and that I could either return the car immediately or pay what he was demanding. Additionally, he refused to provide any statement or breakdown of charges during the rental period, only stating that I would receive documentation when I returned the vehicle. As a first-time renter, I expected clear communication, transparency, and professionalism. Instead, I experienced missed commitments, inconsistent pricing, lack of transparency, and dismissive, unprofessional behavior—especially from a manager. This was an extremely frustrating experience and not the level of service I would expect from Enterprise.     First off, I appreciate the staff working here; They were friendly, kind and were very timely. I actually got picked up by one of the employees from the automotive shop after dropping my vehicle off for repairs and she was really lovely and was quick in getting to me. The gentleman at the desk was also great. The rental was nice; I would def rent from here again.

    Renting a vehicle from enterprise makes you travel. A lot more easy. You can count on them fair prices higher quality vehicles I highly recommend 😄

    Long time customer of Enterprise and Frequent customer of this location. Historically I’ve been taken care of well. Which is why I kept coming back. Weekly. This location has broken my trust. The company possibly as well? I’ve now been waiting a week for their Area manager to contact me about a complaint. Here is the complaint. I left my backpack in a recent rental. It’s a very special and unique backpack. It’s got lights and was filled with important items. I looked for it for over a week at my properties. After failing to find it I called the manager here, who is new and I’ve met a couple times. He said, yes they had the backpack. I was relieved, but concerned as to why they hadn’t called me to inform me. He said, they’ve been busy. We agreed he could leave it outside for my son who lives close to pick up. My son went and looked around for a half hour but it was not there. I called back the next morning and the manager told me he forgot to put it out. It would be another week before I could have my son try again. I was out of town for work. Well my son finally does get my bag. Returns it to me. Upon inspection. All my personal items were gone. Which is weird , what’s especially weird is that the lights I mentioned earlier were woven through the backpack. Meaning , someone took the time, probably an hour to undo them to take them. A set of lights inside was missing , a very expensive knife/carabeaner and some other items all gone. Either this Enterprise is not inspecting buckles and cleaning them before renting out to others and maybe a customer took my items ? But if they were going to do that, why return the bag at all? The backpack itself retails about $200 Or was it an Employee who stole my items ? I think this is much more likely. Either way , trust has been broken

    Jadon was attentive and problem resolution focused. I reserved a premium suv and the vehicle was not available. He was able to find me passenger capacity comparable to what I reserved. He made the process very seemless and quick. I will rent again from enterprise solely because I know Jadon will be taking care of me when I do.
