The rental was picked up on a Wednesday. The individual I spoke with said that if I returned the vehicle that following Thursday I would still get back $255 of my deposit. After having brought the vehicle through the car wash, vacuumed, and filled the gas tank, at return I was told I would only be getting back $211 from my deposit. They claimed Wednesday- Thursday is 9 days. I wouldn’t trust a word these people tell you, save yourself the trouble of being lied to and misled.

I called, I could barely understand what the individual was telling me she was rushing and the background noise was awful. I said - I apologize (I even apologized before anything) but you are speaking to fast and with the background noise I can’t understand you. She first put me on mute for a few minutes and then transferred me - I was on hold again and someone else picked up. The person was polite at first then while I am asking questions She hung up like “I’m done with you…” She didn’t even waited for me to finish the question. Not calling again and will NEVER again use their service… Just crazy how people are doing to customers nowadays. Mind you I am a Retired Veteran have rented cars from them SEVERAL times before… same old same old We are just a number to these companies with low character individuals working for them. I would NEVER do something like that to anyone, especially a customer that was being polite, respectful, and asking questions to make sure I got what I needed and nothing else. Wow. Just wow.
