  Quite literally the worst service ever. I believe the girls name is Ashley, at the front. So rude. When we picked up the car, she refused to give my husband the car because his name wasn’t on the case and mine was. It was on the case— and even if it wasn’t, we’re married. We called our insurance to help us and they literally said that she wasn’t doing her job. Had to wait for an hour to finally get the car. After 2 days of having the car, the check engine light came on. We called and asked for a replacement car and she said that she could do that. My husband gets to the building and she takes the car. Comes back shortly after and says that the light isn’t on and that she could either give us that car back or a mini van. Not to mention, she continues to blame a dent in the car on us. we had videos to prove that we received the car in that state. That shut her up real quick. I explained that our insurance will not cover a mini van and we do not feel safe to drive in the same car and that we would go with another enterprise in the area. She tells us that we’re not allowed to do that (Despite us being able to do this in the past). That lady is terrible. Go to killeen for a rental.

  I completed the pre-check ahead of time because I knew I’d be running a little late for my 10:00 AM pickup. I arrived at 10:15 expecting to grab the keys and go. Instead, Linda asked a bunch of unnecessary questions that felt like stalling, only for me to find out the car still wasn’t ready and was being cleaned. I didn’t leave until 10:30, which defeats the entire purpose of pre-check. On top of that, I was given an “upgrade” I didn’t want. I specifically didn’t want an out-of-state vehicle, and the car they gave me had California plates. The car stalled on me twice before it finally started working again, had an odor, and had dog hair all over the driver and passenger seats. Definitely not the level of quality I expect from Enterprise. Linda also needs to work on her communication skills. If she’s representing the front of this location, transparency is huge. A simple, honest heads-up like “We’re backed up today and your car isn’t ready yet” would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left waiting with no real explanation. Overall, the experience was frustrating, avoidable, and far below Enterprise standards.

  After receiving one car that was stained seats kind of smell like cigarettes traded it up the next day for another car or the other car was a 2025 newer car but it too had a little smell to it of cigarettes. For future, if I was to rent from them again, I really hope they clean up the smell of the vehicles and have more to choose from
