Worst place to do business with. Grey shirts (managers) at this location could care less about the customers. The store manager allows the other managers to be condescending and rude to customers and doesn't even bother to step in to resolve a problem. For a place that claims to have "certified car experts", they can't even tell the difference between water and oil. When I questioned the manager I was working with about what types of oil they recycled, he said it couldn't be contaminated. I had to repeat the question to get an actual answer. "Oh, we take motor oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic oil..." This same "genius" of a manager refused to recycle my oil because "it looks watery". The oil in question was a mix of 32w and 46w hydraulic oil and expensive Ingersoll Rand compressor motor oil. All of these are exceptionally thin oils when compared to motor oil or transmission fluid. I asked him where he's seeing water in the oil. Again, "it just looks watery". When I questioned him about knowing what water in oil looks like, he became condescending and rude. I made a point to let him know my business with them was going to be no more. This manager then waits until I'm getting in my vehicle to come outside and attempt to belittle me and be even more condescending. At that point, I stuck my head back in the door and simply said to get educated on what water and oil look like. Again, he waits until I get in my vehicle but still have the door open to come out and do his little antics all over again. All the while this is taking place, there are 3 more "managers", one I believe was the store manager on site watching the entire time and doing absolutely nothing. Just another in a long line of reasons I won't be using any autozone ever again.

Terrible customer service! I was trying to exchange brakes at this store. The guy with the cowboy hat, boots, and expert parts pin on his collar gave me the meanest attitude while he was looking up the part. He couldn’t find the part I was trying to exchange, and he got mad at me. Finally, he found the part, but he said he didn’t have it in stock. The store down the street did though and I asked if he could call to see if it’s actually in stock. He rolled his eyes and sighed, like I asked him to do extra work. So, I just grabbed my stuff and walked out. It was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had in any automotive business.

If you make an online order and wait for the email to tell you its ready, you won't get your shit until the next day. The ready in about an hour is bs for this location. The place across the street you can order on your way there and they have it waiting for you 5 mins later. This isn't based on a one time experience. Im a frequent flyer at all the parts stores.
