  I recently had my vehicle serviced here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, honest, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue in simple terms and walked me through the repair process without any pressure. The work was completed on time, and my car is now running perfectly. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. Pricing was fair, with no surprise charges, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find a repair shop you can trust, but this is definitely one I’ll be returning to in the future. Highly recommended!

  The customer service is lacking. They do not acknowledge customers who are waiting or perhaps it was just about the fact that I was an African American Woman with an Afro. Because he acknowledged the person that came in after me and had a whole conversation about upside and how expensive things where. I finally just left. Why should I spend my hard earned money with a company that does not care about me.

  Always the best service when i come to this location of course if its busy its busy but they have fixed multiple mistakes from other location unavoidable living an hr away but they always make it right

  Coppell location-Great and fast service in a helpful atmosphere! I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in and were able to fix problem quickly. They were very friendly and helpful. None of the pushy upgrade selling I feel like a lot of places do.
