When I watched them try and put the air filter back in they did not know which way the filter should be placed. Lack of knowledge and lack of following directions. I will NOT be taking my car to this facility again.

Whats normally a simple service turned into an all day affair. 4 employees working on 1 vehicle and still 30 plus minutes to complete. All employees seems to have a lackadaisical attitude. I've never seen a simple service take so long. I'm sure glad that I didn't have any other plans for the day. 1 star was given due to the fact that when I finally got serviced they were pretty cool guys.

He acknowledged that I had never had a cabin air filter checked with them before and offered to take a look. Turns out it really needed to be replaced, and I appreciate his honesty and the way he explained everything. I was in and out, and the customer service was amazing highly recommend!
