Probably because QT generally has good prices on gas as well as reasonable prices on snacks and drinks. You can’t beat the nitro coffee refill (if you bring your own cup) or the refill prices on soda or tea. I have never had any issues with a rude employee, no matter how busy they are they usually still ask “How is it going?” And say “Thank you, see you next time.” after completing my purchase
