  The customer service is lacking. They do not acknowledge customers who are waiting or perhaps it was just about the fact that I was an African American Woman with an Afro. Because he acknowledged the person that came in after me and had a whole conversation about upside and how expensive things where. I finally just left. Why should I spend my hard earned money with a company that does not care about me.

  Always the best service when i come to this location of course if its busy its busy but they have fixed multiple mistakes from other location unavoidable living an hr away but they always make it right

  Coppell location-Great and fast service in a helpful atmosphere! I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in and were able to fix problem quickly. They were very friendly and helpful. None of the pushy upgrade selling I feel like a lot of places do.
