  I’ve been to several Brakes Plus locations before, but this one truly provides exceptional service compared to the others. I even inquired at a few other Brakes Plus locations before coming here, and I’m really glad I chose this one. Remi, the manager at this location, goes above and beyond to accommodate your requests and makes sure your vehicle is ready on time. That level of customer care is hard to find. My dealer had actually lost my wheel lock, and Remi helped me out by getting me a new one, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience with honest and reliable service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.

  Had a great experience while getting my alignment checked out, turns out I didn’t need the service but they gave me peace of mind and pointed me in the right direction. Also, the check was absolutely free! No one tried to sell me anything. For the professionalism and honesty I would absolutely come back.

  Awesome customer service from Polanco! Brought in my 2019 SUV to inspect a squealing noise that was getting worse. After initial inspection, Polanco recommended the front rotors and bearings be replaced. I agreed and let them do their work. About an hour later, he calls me back to say something was lodged in the bearing because the sound went away. There was no damage, so no need to replace anything. I was free to pick up my car, free of charge. I was speechless when they didn’t charge me a dime! That speaks to the honesty and quality these guys provide. I’ll definitely bring my business back to Brakes Plus. Thanks again to Polanco and his team.

  I took my vehicle here for brake pads replacement. Immediately after the service, the brakes started making a loud screeching noise, something that was not happening before. I called the shop, and they asked me to bring the car back. I did. The issue was not fixed. I had to return two more times and even left my car there for a full day on two separate occasions. Despite multiple visits and wasted time, the noise issue still persists. Eventually, they told me there was nothing more they could do. Additionally, the way I was treated by the staff felt strange and dismissive. As a customer dealing with a problem that started after their service, I expected understanding and accountability. Instead, the interactions felt uncomfortable as if I was the one being unreasonable for raising a valid concern. This experience cost me money, time, and ongoing frustration. The brake pads were replaced, but the problem they introduced was never resolved. This was my first time taking my vehicle somewhere other than the showroom, and I regret that decision. Very disappointing experience.

  I spoke to Remi and another employee on behalf of my mom about the potential damage to her car after hitting a pothole. After inspecting the car they informed us that the front strut was broken. Remi told us when we came to get the car that the part was not sold by 3rd party vendors that they could find at the time and that the part would need to purchased from the dealer and due to that it would be less expensive to take the car there. We were very appreciative that they took trust over profit and if we have further troubles will take our cars there!
