They took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know about getting my car worked on and made the whole process easy to understand. I really appreciated their patience and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back! I had a great experience at Brakes Plus thanks to Service Advisor Polanco! He took the time to explain the entire process to me, including what was going on with my tires and windshield wipers. I really appreciated how patient and helpful he was, and how clearly he explained everything. His customer service was excellent, and I’m very grateful for his help. I will definitely be back again!

Did not try and sell me something I did not need but they were so caring and knowledgeable truly they are not going to sell you something you dont need. - OMOm MishraOct 27, 20251.0I’m extremely disappointed with this place and won’t be returning. It feels like they’re more interested in making money than actually solving problems. I came in because my car started vibrating at high speeds—over 70 mph—especially around the gas pedal and steering wheel. Break Plus told me it was an engine mount issue and charged me over $1,200 to replace it. The problem wasn’t fixed. When I went back, they suddenly claimed it was a wheel balance issue. Why didn’t they check that in the first place? I got the wheel balance done elsewhere and the issue was resolved immediately. Ironically, Break Plus had done my tire rotation earlier, which might’ve caused the imbalance in the first place. I only went there because it was convenient, but after this experience, I won’t trust them with any future servicing.
