  Brandon dealt with my multiple phone calls regarding a new battery for my fiancés car. He was very helpful. Informed me they didn’t have the one I wanted but directed me to the other auto zone nearby(belt line)That one nearby didn’t have enough staff to install it so I called Brandon back at this location on s MacArthur and he said to stop by. Turns out the belt line road autozone sold me the wrong battery. Brandon took it upon himself to remedy my situation. He got me the better battery and returned the other one. Since the cheaper one was out of stock he made the price even as if I had gotten the correct cheaper one the first time. So long story short I got a better battery for the price of a cheap one. And got it installed in five minutes. Thanks BRANDON!

  I went to get a car battery after talking to David G. On the phone. After getting there, David went out of his way to install the batteryto. AWESOME STORE MANAGERS, AND AWESOME PRICE AND AGAIN, THANK YOU VERY MUCH DAVID G. 😁🙏🙏

  The team here at AutoZone Auto Parts was incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient — they even helped me figure out the best option for my car. Excellent service and great attitude all around. Highly recommend this location!

  Brandon will just stand in the doorway with the door open blocking the entrance, while smoking his cigarette, only to say “thought you’d use the other door” under his breathe. Just go across the street to Oreilys, they’re cheaper and will actually care about your business

  I must be going to a different store than almost all the other reviews. I have never been to a more unprofessional, unknowledgeable AutoZone in more than 30 yrs of doing business with az. From Oakland to Miami. This store in my opinion is everything AZ should not be. Out of the last 4 times I've been there, I've gotten the right part once without having to return to swap out. 25 percent ain't great but it's something. When you sell me the wrong part and don't have the right one anywhere close and you refuse to return the wrong part that's just mind boggling. When the DM tells them to return the old part and they don't, that says enough about their management. For a much better experience, Irving Blvd.,even Shady Grove put this store to Shame. Bad as I hate to say it Oreillys is just down the street. Additionally, almost a month after this review I had a warranty issue with a starter. AutoZone markings clearly visible. The store can't find the warranty. So putting 2 and 2 apparently doesn't equal 4. You won't warranty my starter 3 weeks after I gave you a negative review. It's not my fault you don't know how to treat your customers. I know how to treat mine. He's driving his truck with a brand new Oreillys starter. Screw this AutoZone.
