  My service advisor, Polanlo, and the whole team is always very helpful. I’ve gotten oil changes and my breaks replaced at this location. I have also gotten other work done at their Anna location and nothing but good things to say about them as well. I get all of my car work done at Break plus and have good things to say always!

  Approx. 10 months prior I went to Brakes Plus - Lewisville because my brakes were squealing. This location was honest and said that my pads were old, however, plenty of pad remaining and safe. My 2019 Camry was barely driven prior to me buying it since it was 6 years old with less than 40k miles so they were right. I went to Brakes Plus - Coppell today, 4/11/2026, and told them the pads may need to be replaced because of the squealing. They came back with an estimate of over $500.00 stating that the rotors needed to be turned due to a glaze and that all 4 pads need to be replaced. I laughed at the 4 guys and said they don't the need rotor turned, they are not warped. They then came back with another price of over $300. I laughed again and said they are lying, so they showed me the rotors and pads. There were still plenty of pads left and the car was safe to drive. They also tried to point out a slight color difference on the rotors. At no point did they say that the rotors were warped. Now they came back and said that they were just trying to stop the squealing because that was my complaint. I asked them, would they pay over $500 to stop the squealing when the car is perfectly safe to drive? They didn't answer that question. Take your car here at your own risk, most likely the good reviews on here really did need new pads or rotor replacement or rotors turned but how would the customers know that. They are dishonest people, at least at this location.

  The store manager keeps this business running tight! Straightforward with the issues your car is experiencing, and willing to explain exactly what is needed now versus later. The staff who work there care about your safety and want to get you fixed up with the repairs you need at the pace you need.

  Remi and his team were fantastic, professional, and fair across the board. They diagnosed my vehicle within an hour of me arriving and were able to get parts, replace my rear wheel bearings, rear brakes, flush and replace my brake fluid, and do an alignment all in the same day. All of that can be quite expensive, but their prices (especially on the labor done) was incredibly reasonable. I hope I don't have to see y'all again soon, but when I need more work done on my car I will absolutely be back. Thank you for the quick and great work, guys!

  I had a really solid experience at Brakes Plus. They were straightforward, helpful, and didn’t try to oversell anything, which is rare these days. I came in for brake work and they walked me through exactly what was needed without any pressure. What stood out even more was watching how they treated other customers. While I was there, an elderly woman came in thinking she needed a new battery, and instead of just selling it to her, they took the time to check it and let her know she didn’t actually need one. That kind of honesty goes a long way. I’ll definitely be back.
