  Ordered tires from Amazon and had them installed here. Service was quick but got home and realized they kept my spare tire bolts, and rims were scratched

  Asked for a tire rotation with tires that were bought at Goodyear and an alignment in the beginning upon walking in the door. They got the keys after I was put in the system. I sat down and waited. They said it was finished but “couldn’t get to the tire rotation” because of some lame excuse they didn’t have the bay space to do it and the one they had the lift was broken. Why wasn’t this something that was communicated to me in the beginning when they knew WHY I was there? “We will try to do the tire rotation today but we have full bays and one is down right now. If you want to come back another day to knock out BOTH at the same time, we could do that” Instead, they wasted my time and day to JUST do the alignment. No communication, no update nothing. I used to go to the location regularly and even send some people there but this is ridiculous.
