Within 5 hours my check engine light came back on and within two weeks my struts had to be replaced. I suggest you take your car to the Good year located downtown San Antonio on Saint Mary’s. Also, I gave them a second chance to redeem themselves and they dropped the ball on my struts. I couldn’t drive my car up the street without it making a screeching/scrapping noise that it wasn’t making before I brought it in.

I have been a customer since 2010, but it had been years since I had my vehicle serviced and/or repaired at this store, as I had moved to another area of town. After returning to this side of town, I was curious if the store was still operating at the same high standard and level of attention and care. I can confidently say that the superior service, professionalism, and integrity that I have received twice within the past 2.5 months exceeds my expectations. Each employee’s role is very important and you can tell that Jason does a phenomenal job as the store manager. If you’re looking for a professional store that has your best interest and goes above and beyond, I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

- JCJohn CarmonNov 3, 20252.0Johnny is great i went there to get cv axles replaced and engine mount, after i went to Another place to get an alignment because it’s already paid for they noticed that the transmission CV axle seal was leaking so I took that back to Goodyear and they inspected and said it wasn’t leaking and that it was coming from my bell housing. it started leaking real bad so I took it to another shop and they confirmed that it was the CV axle seal and not the bell housing so I have them replace it. That was a lot of money. Also, the engine mount has vacuum lines and they weren’t attached to it and you literally have to take the engine mount off to attach the vacuum line because you can’t reach him so I will not be going back there to get any service done the manager. I think his name is Johnny. He was nice and friendly, but I would not be bringing my car back there not for major repairs. It almost cost me twice as much now I have my car back from the other shop and is not leaking transmission fluid so it definitely was the seal Not the bell housing
