- ZGZachary GarrettJul 23, 20255.0The customer service was good. There was an issue with the scale not resetting so I ended up having to drive around the scale twice. I was in a passenger vehicle and not an 18-wheeler so it was super simple. If I were in an 18-wheeler, that would have really irked me since the lot isn't large enough to easily do a lap around to let the scale reset. But that is equipment, not the people.
