  Drove in to get a wash. Paid and sat and waited for gate. Never opened, honked and pressed button, was told by attendant I had to wait because gate next to me was open they were signing up. Uuuhh sense when do we wait for someone to sign up. If they are signing up; why is gate open??? Close it so others can go through if only one gate came be opened at a time. Didn’t have time to sit and waited 3-5 min when I already paid to wait for someone to sign up. Never have I been through car wash like this and will NEVER RETURN! There are better ones out there w better service!

  Awful experience in this facility with the manager payton in converse location this so call manager was being very hostile and disrespectful and was discriminating towards me I will be taking all legal actions this manager or team lead should be approached accordingly every time there an issue with b there carwash if you would not like to be discriminated I wouldn’t even bother going to this place the whole staff is a joke when they started the employee running the wash we’re helpful this is the team lead so call manager that was being very disrespectful and discriminating and have the complete video.
