Stopped by o Reilly who told me it was due to cylinder 2 misfiring and can be resolved by replacing spark plugs. However I just changed the spark plugs in November of 2023, not even 16 months ago. The representative let me know the Autolite iridium XP ones I bought should have a life time warranty and so as long as I can take them out and bring them to the store I bought them they should be able to switch them out. Sadly I made the mistake of buying them from this Autozone, store 05769. When I called ask if they could check my purchases based on my phone number and the fix finder print out I had from when I originally bought them, the Autozone representative told me they don’t do warranties on spark plugs and their system wouldn’t show the purchase for a part like that. Mind you this was after I called, was placed on told for 15 mins and then hung up on without anyone checking on me and having to call them a second time. A very poor experience, and from here on out I will be buying from competitors who actually care.
