  Met with the manager John who was very knowledgeable in his work and kind. He informed me of everything going on and like the fact that he was actually working alongside his team. Going here for my future oil changes and recommend everyone else to this location as well. Thank you and keep up the good work!

  My wife took our vehicle in for an oil change yesterday. I went to take the car out this morning and there's oil in my driveway and oil smeared all across the front of the hood and down the sides like someone wiped it down with an oily rag. I opened the hood and oil is splattered everywhere inside the engine bay to the point of dripping on the ground. I drove it back to Valvoline and showed it to the Service Manager on-duty. He said he didn't know what happened. I told him we've been coming here since it opened and this is NOT "normal". He responded again that he didn't know what happened. I can only speculate that it is poor workmanship or lack of pride in the work. It looked as if oil was spilled and they just shut the hood. IF...they had said they had a mishap that splattered oil, I could have gotten the cleanup done yesterday afternoon instead of letting it drip overnight. On a positive note, since I live close, he DID politely offer to assist with cleaning the driveway, which I declined. However, while cleaning the car, the oil spill was so bad that the underneath of the car was covered AND the access cover for the filter was improperly installed! The point is, I've never had an issue here and it is so upsetting to have this situation occur with people you trust to take care of things properly.

  I came here right after work to get an oil change. I got that at 6:40. By the time they got to me and pulled me in (6:50) suddenly they had "run out" of oil filters. Franklin said this. The other guy seemed to looked surprised when he said this and started laughing. I asked if closing time had anything to do with "the sudden shortage", he caught an attitude and said well I can check again. I said no thank you. I've been coming here for YEARS! I work retail. I can't come earlier. I got an email saying I went in for tire service? Straight lie.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure. I really appreciated how convenient the process was—I was in and out in no time, and they made sure everything was done thoroughly.   Just had the best experience with John and Franklin at Valvoline those guys are top notch professionals they know what they're doing The young lady with a pretty pink in her hair she was amazing as well I like it over there I'm going to always come over there because they gave me honest information I didn't feel misled like the other place that I went to and Franklin knows what I'm talking about I've learned a lot today and I'm glad that I came through I wish the best of them they have a great team and it's reflective the way they interact with each other and the customers! kudos!!! Update: add Kyle to the list He was amazing just now I just called asking for an inquiry of anyone who can do really good wheel alignments and he told me and he was really nice and plowing on the phone I really love you guys I might have to put y'all on my Christmas list
