  Christopher was an amazing help! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’d say this is the best visit I’ve had so far. He guided me through everything and showed me what things to look out for for the best maintenance of my car.

  Valvoline is my favorite spot for an oil change, I never go anywhere else. Have been with them for years. I have been at this location like 2-3 times and every time is great. Chris is always here when I come and changes my oil he’s really awesome, very thorough and has no problem explaining everything to me which I really appreciate. Porter was here today helping with my car too and he was really nice.

  I had an amazing experience at the Valvoline on Hwy 242 in Conroe! Christopher and Red provided absolutely top-tier service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient, making the whole process quick and stress-free. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how they took the time to explain everything clearly without being pushy. It’s not often you come across a team that genuinely cares about both your vehicle and your experience, but they absolutely delivered. If you’re looking for fast, honest, and high-quality service, I highly recommend stopping by this location and asking for Christopher and Red. They truly went above and beyond!

  They didn’t do everything they said they would do. Didn’t have filters for cabin air and no tools to get the engine air filter out. No fluids to do rear differential. And said they checked air in tires (didn’t) and topped fluids but never removed radiator cap to even check fluid.

  Survey Comment: I received a friendly greeting and was immediately motioned into the bay for service. The primary service rep communicated well with me, explaining my options and showing me dirty filters that needed replacement. The technical service rep performed all services efficiently and quickly. They even checked my tires to ensure the pressure was correct. I think the price was fair for the thorough inspection, oil change, and filters purchased and replaced, and it was all done quickly without me having to leave my car. The Valvoline experience was SO MUCH BETTER than going to the car dealership for service, and having my car disappear for hours, not really knowing what exactly was being done, then hours later being presented with a list of service items that may or may not actually be necessary. I appreciate the transparency of the Valvoline Instant Oil Change service and inspection.
