  I absolutely love the customer service at this place. Alondra, Mr Juan, the manager and everyone there was super nice and very friendly and very helpful I was in and out in minutes. I can definitely recommend it place 100% Thank you!

  I went in for an oil change and asked about ac services. The assistant manager told me about it and I said I wasn’t sure if just getting a recharge was what I needed. He said he checked my ac compressor and it was running just fine and a recharge would fix my warm ac. He told me it would be $150 for this service, so I said let’s do it. He went to plug in the machine and looked confused, kept looking at his phone then back to the machine. He got it hooked up and I sat there for an hour while it recharged my system. After it was done, he had me start the car and it started blowing cold for a couple of minutes, then it started blowing warm again. He told me I needed to just drive around for a little bit and it would reset the system but to come back if it was still warm later on. Then he told me the total was $251.98! Definitely wasn’t the original $150 service for the AC! Several hours later, my AC was still blowing hot air so I took it back. This time there was a manager there, and he hooked up my car back to the machine and said it was improperly hooked up the first time. So I sat there again for another hour while they recharged it again. After doing that, it was still blowing hot air in the Manager looked further into it and then said it was my AC compressor that was out. Had they said from the beginning, they weren’t sure if it was the AC compressor or if they knew it was the compressor that was out I would’ve never gotten this service! Now I’m out this extra money and have been to two auto shops who have quoted me $1500 to replace my compressor and have to drain and recharge the refrigerant. The manager told me if I don’t pay for the refrigerant at the auto shop that Will replace the compressor that I can just come back to Valvoline in the next 30 days and they will recharge it again. So now this is forcing me to spend money sooner than I had ever anticipated to do. I am beyond frustrated for paying for a service that I was told that would fix the issue and it didn’t fix the issue now I’m having to quickly make adjustments in order to utilize the 30 day warranty.

  Leilani and Alondra were amazing today, I did a radiator service and now I’m all good to go till it’s time again! Fast and knowledgeable on everything they told me my car needed and I didn’t feel pressured at all, come check them out!
