  I stopped in today, what I called an emergency walk in. Being a lady I'm hesitant to go just to any mechanic. So I stopped at the NTB in Shenandoah. Told Marc my problem. He had his man look into. It was an in and out job. Marc was so amazing nice, took care of the problem for me and so blessed me. And the young man that he had check my Toyota Pryus, was so nice, as well. I pray the Lord bless you all and thank you for being a blessing to me. Jesus loves you guys so much. Keep up the good work. Abby!

  I came in with an emergency after getting a nail in my tire, and they took care of it quickly. All the employees were kind and courteous, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a really great experience Thank you to Antis for the help!!!

  The visit here at this NTB started off good until the manager came to me in reference to my hometown Mavis being the ones that messed up my car by cutting one of the studs. If there was an issue with the stud how did they take my tire off. I went to my hometown Mavis in Lake Charles two weeks ago to get a tire rotation and they did not have an issue with the stud or lugs. The original person that took my car apart was gone and another person was working on my car. The manager Antis did not want to take responsibility of his guy messing up. He kept blaming Jason from the Mavis in Lake Charles or them recently cutting my stud. He left to so say go to another place to get a part. He comes back and he did not have the part. He so say that tomorrow morning they would have the part. I refuse to go back there. I will follow up with the Mavis back in Lake Charles. While I was there I witnessed two other people that experienced issues with them. I will never ever return back to this place because I’m scared they are going to mess something else up. I will be following up with Devin the Regional boss. I’m a valued customer with Mavis. They do all the work on my car. He thought everything was funny and a joke. He was very unprofessional.

  Purchased 1000$ worth of tires here with the warranty. Went back for a balance and rotation and was told it would cost additional 126.00$ to have that done. You know who includes rotation and balance for the life of the tire?? DISCOUNT TIRE CO. I will never by tires at NTB / MAVIS TIRE CO. EVER AGAIN, and I don't recommend you do it either. Driving to Discount tire to get my Mavis / NTB tires rotated and balanced.
