Lance and Christian helped us out and we were treated like family. They are very patient and helpful to make sure we were happy with our cars The whole staff is amazing so definitely make sure you go there because they know how to make your car rental search the best experience ever. I have been with enterprise for the past 20 years so I love what they’re doing!

You have no idea how much this man goes to any length to ensure that the customer is OK and gets what they need. We had a Chrysler Pacifica reserved through Hertz (after swearing the last time they screwed us over we’d never use them again), and Hertz called us yesterday right at 5:00 to tell us they didn’t have one available (we were supposed to pick it up today at 10:00 am). Not only did this location find us one that was going to be returned at 10:00 am today, but the gentleman working the counter yesterday went above and beyond, even calling to verify the people who had it did plan to return it. We appreciated it so much! We ended up picking one up last night at the IAH Enterprise (just to be safe), but we plan to do all future rentals at this location! Thank you for being AWESOME!
