  Used Enterprise Rent Car at 1st Choice Collision on Hwy 105. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Super nice people, very efficient & easy to deal with. Use them for your rental needs!

  They charged my card over $2,000 without my permission for a vehicle I did not rent. When I called them to reverse the charges, they told me they couldn't do it. I also expressly told them to charge nothing further to my card. They continued charging my card. I called again, they said it was a corporate matter. I called corporate, they told me it was a location matter. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Edit: Per Kim's suggestion, I called corporate one last time, first I was told it was a branch matter, but after I insisted to speak to someone else at the corporate level, I was told that there was absolutely no way for them to reverse the charges. This branch was never authorized by me to use my credit card information, and, after being told to cease, continued to use it and shift blame to "corporate". My review stands - this branch fraudulently charged my credit card and now I have no recourse.

  Dylan and Jacob are outstanding to work with! They called me for the courtesy call and asked how my car was...I had an issue and without question they offered solutions! I was able to get a different car that worked out much better. Highly recommend this location for Enterprise 13662 hwy 105 W in Conroe. They understand good customer service and treat customers extremely well. I will be back!! Thank you Dylan and Jacob!!
