  First time using this place it was quick and easy- Made sure my time was important so I was in and out the door. Dropped the car off and they even called me a day later to confirm that my experience was great- Indeed it was

  I was able to pick up the vehicle locally on a Sunday. The vehicle I chose was ready at pickup. The staff were very nice and fast getting me checked in and out.

  I use enterprise once a month for business and they have always accommodated my needs. Customer service is always great.

  I recently had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I booked a car well in advance, received full confirmation, and even got an email explicitly stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup at the 1208 North Frazier Conroe, TX location. I planned my entire day around this, including travel and commitments that depended on having reliable transportation. When I arrived at the location as scheduled, the staff informed me that no cars were available. No apology that felt genuine, no immediate solutions offered, and certainly no sense of accountability for the confirmed reservation and the "ready for pickup" email I had in hand. This wasn't a minor mix-up—it was a complete failure to honor what was promised in writing. This isn't just inconvenient; it's unacceptable. Enterprise took my reservation, sent confirmation, and then left me stranded without any backup plan or even basic courtesy in handling the situation. I've seen similar complaints repeatedly online (overbooking, no cars despite confirmations), which suggests this is a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident. I will never rent from Enterprise again and strongly advise others to think twice—or choose a different company that stands behind their reservations. Zero stars if possible. Extremely poor service and reliability. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
