  I received oil change and inspection services today and I really appreciate the manager and service associates at this location. I felt well taken care of and all of my car service needs were met with excellent care. I would recommend this location. The Manager John and his team are great!

  Poor customer service. Called ahead and took time out of work to get my vehicle inspected but that didn’t feel like doing inspections for the ready of the day so I was turned away. Been going to this location for a while so I don’t know why lately the customer service has gone so down hill. Be careful wasting your time here. The definitely lost a customer today.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Kyle, John, and Fernando were all very professional, friendly, efficient, & HONEST. From the moment I pulled in, they made the process smooth and completely stress-free. Kyle especially stood out — he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that they went over my options/what’s needed without being pushy and made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. The location itself was very clean and organized, which made the experience even better. You can tell the team takes pride in maintaining a professional environment. Overall, the service was quick, convenient, and handled with great customer care. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location!

  Yasmine and Domnic were absolutely fantastic, we're so appreciative of their knowledge, suggestions, and helpfulness. Domnic helped us make some decisions for the health of our vehicle that we knew needed to be done but he worked with us to make it something we could say yes to today, and then got us taken care of as quick as possible. I always have the best experiences at Valvoline but this one is definitely special. Super transparent, kept us updated on every part, and explained the whole process which was really interesting to us 😁 Thank you both! Stay safe and cool out there.

  I brought my brand-new car in for its very first oil change, expecting a simple 15-minute service. Instead, the experience was incredibly stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Several employees gathered around my vehicle whispering to each other without offering any explanation. I finally had to lean out of my window to ask what was going on….only then was I informed that the tube they used to drain the oil had become stuck, and after multiple attempts to remove it, they had actually broken it off inside my car. What should’ve been a quick routine service turned into more than an hour of waiting in the Texas heat with two small children. My car had to be sent to their mechanic, but because it was the weekend, nothing could be done immediately. Despite the fact that my brand-new vehicle was damaged during their service, I wasn’t even offered a refund until I insisted on speaking with higher up management. There was no proactive communication, no ownership of the situation, and no urgency to make things right. As a result, I was without my car for an entire day and had to drive nearly an hour to get it to their mechanic for repairs. This was a major inconvenience for my family and disrupted my weekend and all because of an error that should never have happened. I left feeling upset, shaken, and extremely disappointed. A routine service should never go this badly, and the way it was handled made it even worse. I genuinely hope management takes responsibility for this incident and makes serious improvements to both communication and quality control. My family and livelihood depend on having a reliable vehicle, and I should not have been put in this situation.
