Make sure not to be on your phone while here at this specific place because they will get down on you ! Meaning they will charge you for other stuff and say you agreed
- JRJennifer Rich6 days ago2.0I used to like this place, but after today I doubt I’ll be back. As soon as they started, the manager began aggressively pulling plastic covers out of the engine bay and even unscrewed and completely removed the cover over the engine air filter. Things that have never been done during any of my previous oil changes. It was honestly uncomfortable watching. Another associate tried to sell me windshield wipers without even looking at mine, and got really pushy about opening my car door to access the cabin filter. I usually let them show me my filters before I decline their overpriced updates, but I was genuinely startled by the intensity of it all. The most concerning part was that they asked for payment and pushed the card reader way up in my face before ever asking what type of oil I wanted or even telling me the total. When I questioned it he asked befuddled as to why I would expect to be told to he total. I explained I was concerned because I had yet to select an oil type. I then noticed the manager had just finished filling my car up. I was told they just used whatever oil I got the last time I visited, three years ago. The whole experience felt weird and careless, and it left me uneasy about going there alone.... But they were pretty efficient....
