  I originally had a 3:30pm appointment at the Tint World - Spring location to get a quote and hopefully get my tint done the same day. After discussing the quote and waiting a couple of minutes, they told me my car would be done by 6pm. Then just a few minutes later, they came back and said they didn’t even have the tint that I needed. I had specifically mentioned that I work two jobs and have a very busy schedule, and that this was the only day I had available so I was definitely frustrated. I’m not sure why an appointment was set and a completion time was given if the material wasn’t available. They sent me to the Tint World - Conroe location, and although I was already stressed, the experience completely turned around once I got there. I explained everything to Robert — he listened to my frustration and immediately acted on it. He reassured me that he would take care of me and understood that I had driven out of my way. He made sure they had everything I needed, got my tint done in a timely manner, and made the entire process smooth and professional. Huge thank you to Robert for stepping up and making it right. I highly recommend coming to the Conroe location and will definitely be coming back to get my front windshield done!

  Made an appointment and was quoted a price. Went into the appointment was told it would take hours and I should've brought it in earlier. I let them know that I spoke with the lady when asking the appointment and she was aware of it being 1 window and that it was fine for the appointment time (2:30pm) they close at 6pm. He then says the defrost lines would need to come off. I said that's fine. He then goes and asks someone else. Other guy goes and looks at it and says it'll take some hours and would be ready by 6pm. I said that's fine. He then says okay let's do it. We go inside and for 1 window he tells me $250!!!!! That's insane!
