  On the way to deer camp on a Sunday with 4 dry rotted tires. Not only did they have the tires I needed but Jaime worked me in quickly so I could make the afternoon hunt.

  Called the store and spoke with Jaime . Said he could get me in for an oil change . I drove to the store talked to Jaime and he checked me in right away and then pulled the vehicle in for the oil change. Good customer service Come talk to him for your vehicle needs

  Do not go the NTB! My experience with them has been turmoil. I took my truck for a simple balance and alignment. When they were done they handed me a form that showed how it was previous to what it was now and the variation was minor but I paid the $100 plus dollars no problem. I drove away and noticed my steering wheel was not straight, instead to go straight I had to turn it slightly right. I called NTB and they told me to take it back. I took it back and they straightened the steering wheel but when I drove off, my wheels started rubbing against the walls of my wheel base when I would turn. I took it back and the guy said “oh wells it’s because you got an alignment” I said I had this truck since 2022 and had those same type of tires and they have NEVER rubbed. He said they didn’t rub because the alignment and balance was off. I said there is no way that it was off for almost 3 years and they refused to do anything about it. It’s really been a pain hearing my tires rub and it’s damaged my wheel base (pictures). The only suggestion they gave me was to go to a tire shop and ask if I had the right tires for my truck (remember I’ve had these type of tires since 2022). I went ahead and took it to a local tire shop and they said that they sell these type of tires for my truck all the time. My only solution was to go pay $500 to get a leveling kit installed. Money I didn’t need to spend. To make matters worse, while I was there they said my truck needed new sparks, tune up, brake pads ect and quoted me over $1000 for the work. That seemed a little excessive considering my truck was well maintained and maintenance was consistent. I took it to a mechanic friend I have and he said that it didn’t need new spark plugs and noticed there has been some damage to my engine. He asked who had been under my hood recently and I said NTB. He said someone purposely damaged your truck and broke a tube to my air box. I can’t say if it was NTB or not but I do know that they were the only people under my hood. I was speaking with my father in law about my experience and he just had a very similar issues happen at another NTB in the Cypress area. Coincidence?
