As it turned out, the machine was not working properly. They had to recalibrate it for the third time today while I waited. What should have been 15-20 minute visit was more than 30 minutes.

Iam a senior citizen and I need my car to operate correctly and I trusted them to inform me of any problem that can be avoided. I must say that they were nice young men well mannered. That's about it

I inquired about the extra fee, the guy at the bay said it was for “extra oil” that wasn’t covered. Had him break it down/inventory it, it said shop fees. Asked him what “Shop Supplies” meant and he said “stuff like washer fluid”, which I didn’t need nor received. Guy at the bay told me “they always charge for that”, I stared at him til they took it off the bill. Go get your refunds.
