- TWTruman Wright3 days ago1.0Pulled in to get an oil change on a 2021 palisade. I asked the young lady how much it was going to be and she said 199 dollars. I said “What”. She double checked and said sorry it will only be 109.99 with 5 quarts of oil. I said I know it takes more than 5 quarts. How much will the extra be? She said “please wait.” Next out comes a young man that says he can’t tell me how much oil it will take until he signs me in. I asked him “ if you guys change the oil on 100s of cars and you don’t know??? He said no. I said if you aren’t smart enough to know that then I don’t trust you to change my oil. You might not remember to change the filter or put the plug back in. But the real reason is that they don’t want to say how much extra they are going to hit you with. Sad. Don’t go here.

When I got home I noticed the car failed inspection. While they circled the reasons, you would think someone would have let know before I left and what I needed to get fixed. Not happy that something went wrong on a my brake flush that kept me waiting for 3 hours… but extremely impressed that they took the time to fix it and do it right. Mistakes happen. And unlike past experiences, they didn’t just bandaid it, they fixed it. They were even humble enough to call in for help from another store. Just good wholesome people here. Many many thanks. I will also add that even though they hit you with all the recommendations for car maintenance, I did not feel pressured at all to do anything more than what I came for. It felt more like information and then if I asked about price, they were reasonable and willing to work with you. Again, just great service all around. Car issues suck, and are expensive. But it’s easy to see that the people here are dedicated to helping you through it.
