  Test drove a 2025 preowned Mazda cx-5, 3/3/26. Car had multiple paint chips on bumper as well as a dent. There was also a scratch on the front. This was a white car so all of these were quite noticeable. I realize some preowned vehicles will have minor damage on them but that is not what irked me. It was the quoted price, $31,798. Of course this was negotiable, but why would I waste my time negotiating on an extremely overpriced damaged car. I don't know if Sergio (sales manager) thought I had no experience in buying cars or it was because I was a woman. Maybe both? I've purchased many cars over the course of 40 years so I understand the game and how to negotiate, but that starting price was insulting. They didn't pressure me and they were nice, but the bottom line is otd price and how much time I'm going to have to put in negotiating. Zac was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. I know he doesn't set the sales price so I don't hold him responsible. Ladies do your own research and know when it's time to walk away.

  I bought a new Mazda here 2 years ago, this latest visit was a recall which they handled quick and efficient. They are very honest and work with you on buying. I have my car serviced here because the services for oil changes cost same here as those shops.

  Do not buy the RoadVantage Coverage, it is a scam. I tried to get it cancel at the Dealership after selling my vehicle for a prorated refund and I was told by the dealership that they will not cancel it for me even thought the contract Terms and Conditions says that I can cancel at the dealership at any time to get a prorated refund. RoadVantage also told me that I can cancel it at Dealership. Sales Manager stated that the protection was added before I purchase the vehicle, if I didn't agreed to buy it they would have lost the money they spent on the conditioning of the seats and windshield. Also, when I bought the vehicle I was told that if I didn't buy this agreement I would had been able to get the special finance rate. UPDATE: I contacted Mazda USA and this is their respond, pretty much they won't do anything to help either: "Hello, my name is Jordon, I will be more than happy to assist you today. Thank you for sharing the details of your experience. We understand how frustrating this situation must be. However, the RoadVantage Preferred Care Advantage Contract is a third-party agreement and is not issued, administered, or controlled by Mazda. Because of this, we are unable to cancel the contract, authorize a refund, or intervene in the contractual terms. While we absolutely value your loyalty, Mazda dealerships are independently owned and operated businesses. Because of this, we are not able to require a dealership to take specific action regarding a third-party contract. Additionally, the RoadVantage agreement is not issued or administered by Mazda directly, which means we cannot cancel, modify, or refund the contract on your behalf."

  Had a truly exceptional experience at Gullo with Zachary Roman! Went in to test drive several times before deciding which model and trim I wanted. Zach was very knowledgeable and patient through our journey. He checked in throughout the process to see if I had any additional questions regarding the trims and models. Financing was a breeze. By the time we were ready to purchase, we were in and out under 2 hours. I love my new car! Shout out to Zach! MVP!!!

  My wife and I had a great experience with Gullo Mazda. Phillip was awesome, the best salesman I’ve encountered. He was also the only one willing to talk numbers by phone, text or email at any dealer I had tried. Buying a car is stressful but he really made it easy to relax. We bought and leased and we were happy with the whole experience.
