    Zach was absolutely amazing! I have never experienced such service. Start to finish was 3 hours. I drove away with a service detailed car and the smile is still on my face. Highly recommend! Thank you again Zach!!

    Great buying experience in 2024 with Debbie. Couldn’t have been more pleased with her sales experience and communication about our new Mazda CX 90. One and a half years later we’ve noticed a decline in service and will be taking our car elsewhere from now on. We requested a loaner while we had our service, but on arrival were told none were available. While waiting for our car another customer was offered a loaner within earshot. When questioned the service rep said she was required to give the other customer a loaner because they didn’t have the parts for his repair and it was a recall. Meanwhile we waited for our software recall and oil change, even though we’d requested a loaner when making the appt. Seems like Gullo has some scheduling issues and priority problems with their loaner system. Regardless, we’ll go elsewhere for service—not worth a 45 min drive from home plus wait time for repairs if they’d can’t communicate their lack of loaner availability when we make a service appt.

    We have purchased three vehicles from Gullo Mazda in the past few years, and we have been consistently treated well. There has been much less back and forth in reaching a deal than is typical for car dealers. The staff are all friendly and ready to help. Our sales rep this time, Connor, was particularly helpful during the purchase of two cars for our twin grandchildren. Thanks, Connor!

    Review for Gullo Mazda – January Experience I went to Gullo Mazda in January because I was told there would be great financing deals if I refinanced my car early. At the time, I had made several overpayments on my vehicle because I was working hard, going to school, and pregnant. My goal was to make sure I had enough money saved for maternity leave while still keeping up with my car payments. When I arrived, they did not offer me any incentives or a competitive interest rate. Instead, they gave me a terrible interest rate and Logan assured me that I would receive the money back from my overpayments so I could apply it toward my new payments. That never happened. Both Logan and the finance manager promised I would get my overpayment refunded, but it never came through. I still had to put money down, which makes no sense considering they told me the overpayments would cover it. It honestly feels like they took my money and lied to me, and this happened while I was pregnant — which makes it even more upsetting. To make matters worse, they removed my mother’s name from the lease even after telling me she didn’t need to do anything, which is against the law. And when I reached out for help, management did nothing to resolve the issue or support me in any way. Buyer beware. I will never purchase a vehicle from Gullo Mazda again, and I strongly recommend being cautious if you’re considering buying or refinancing here.
