This company is very unorganized and make several mistakes, like forgetting to pick me up when I paid for the pick up service. Also, the rental they gave me needed an alignment because it was pulling the entire drive. I did call the 1-800 number and I formed them but of course all they said was they would make a note of it. I still to this day enter even received my confirmation email. I have asked for it four separate times. Not to mention they charged me an extra $100 without even informing me. They will tell you that you can drop off after hours and put the keys in the drop box, but what they don't tell you is that you will get charged for that. They said there isn't anything in the contract about it and that it was word of mouth. I'll never know since they never sent my contract. Extremely disappointed in their customer service.

The guys at 303 Ark Dr. are more people friendly, you won't have to worry about hidden fuel charges, even though your just getting a new contract and leaving. Go to any locations but Frazier! Texas!
