As we chatted, he impressed me as very bright, personable, motivated, and honest. Any service business would be lucky to have Jace on their team.

Then the wait was an hour long, not including the fact I had to re-register all over again. Also, I had to verify my address with 3 bills which I was not made aware of prior considering I did everything online without this. Which took another 30 minutes. I was not explained that if you use a debit card the charge for a deposit is more. The reason I needed a rental was due to my Chevy Tahoe needing repair. I requested an extention or for enterprise to help me with an extention but they charged me more than quoted and was not willing to work with me. This is my first year divorced, two kids and not having anyone to help me in regards to pick ups and drop offs for school, work, and life... This was my first experience renting a vehicle and I pray that I never go through it again and if I do, its not with this company that didn't show any customer service, compassion or clarity. The one good thing I would have to say is the rental was nice regardless of the screen not working. It was a reliable Toyota corolla which was very clean.
