  I went to Autozone on West Davis in Conroe Tx. Store #6374 looking parts for my car that was manufactured for only one year. Melissa was doing her best to try and find the parts I needed but was having no luck so I left. The next day Melissa called me and said after doing some more research that she had found the parts that I needed. Melissa is an outstanding person, she will go out of her way to make sure her customers are well taken care of and I proof of that. I think AutoZone HQ should take a page from Melissa book and impose all of her customer care into all of their personnel from top to bottom. Now I'm not saying I had any bad experience with any AutoZone in the pass but I've never had this excellent of an experience until now with AutoZone. And I can promise you If Melissa gets moved somewhere else I will take my business to the store she's at. I really hope AutoZone steps up to the plate and realized what a valuable employee they have.   Samantha and Mr. Reese helped me today. They were very helpful and kind. Samantha took a very simple question and thoroughly helped and researched my issues with the biggest smile and pleasant personality. It is very rare for such great customer service these days. It really made my day!

  I have been a loyal customer with autozone since they first was established back in the 80s. Roughly 40 years. I have been in wyoming my entire life and recently been down here in montgomery conroe area the last couple years. This store in conroe, off 105. Commercial side Melissa and Kaylee especially. Have treated me better than any other autozone, has ever treated me. They are extremely good at what they do.They go above and beyond to make sure you get the right part. And do whatever they can do to help take care of the situation to make life easier in stressful situations. Since being down here in texas, the last couple years.And traveling for my job and being around other autozones, other than wyoming. I have found that there's a lot of autozones, commercial side that treat their customers like crap. And don't care about their customers. And I can honestly say if it wasn't for these 2 girls. At this store, I would 100% Not be an autozone customer anymore. But because of how professional these girls are.And the things I do to go out of their way and help people and treat people as long as they are employed with waterzone I will always be an autozone customer. I can call from seven states away. And they still take care of me and do whatever they can to do to help. Even if their store doesn't get the credits, they deserve for the sales that go through other stores because of it. I don't know if autozone actually reads these reviews or even cares about them. But if they do I really hope you read this one. I really hope you value your employees and take care of them, especially this store its employees and especially these two ladies that take care of their customers as well as they do. Because there's a lot of your other stores. Especially commercial sides, managers and employees that can learn a lot from this location of customer service and customer value.
