- JFJavier FernandezNov 16, 20255.0Cody is the MAN! I was driving into Houston and my alternator on my truck died, I rode on battery power until it stalled in a parking lot. I happened to be towing my motorcycle so I took it off the trailer and rode to the nearest AutoZone near me to buy a new battery so I could limp home and then worry about the alternator later. I thought I could take the battery on my bike but unfortunately, it didn’t have a handle so it was gonna be a real pain to ride with. I saw Cody sitting in his truck, ON HIS LUNCH BREAK, and asked him if he’d do me a solid and drive the battery to my truck while I led on my motorcycle. He didn’t hesitate for a second and asked me for the address and rode behind me the entire time. I grabbed the battery from him and offered him money or something for his time and he politely declined and said it was just worth it to help. We need more people in customer service like Cody! He seriously saved the day! And another big shoutout to Carlos for helping me find the right emergency ratchet+socket set for me to install the battery on my truck! This store really has some awesome people working there!

My head lights went out and I needed them to be changed before my early morning and I came in to buy the bulbs not only did Shawn make sure all the bulbs were correct but when him and Kelley saw i was struggling to change my head lights they came right out and leaned me a hand which means the world to me especially because I have no idea how to change anything on my car lol. I have always came to autozone for my parts but THIS autozone store has made a life time customer and I will be sending all my friends and family here!
