- SSScott SzaboOct 22, 20255.0I took my elderly mothers car to Auto Zone on 242 2 miles east of I-45 because her engine light was on.The female employee was really helpful and kind.She did a dianostic test on the vehicle and found that 3 of the tires were 3 to 4 times of the max psi.Had she not caught that my mother could of hit a pot hole and with that much pressure 1 of those 3 tires could of easily exploded causing an accident the could of hurt or killed her or someone else.You should always ask to see what the pressure is in you tires when you take your vehicle in to a shop or an oil change place,it could truly save your life or someone elses.Later that same day I went to Auto Zone to get A/C because it was low.The gentlemen who sld me the can came out with me to explane exactly how to put it in,because I hadn't ever done it before.I grabbed a can off the shelf and the Manager double checked the make and model.,thank God he did because the one I grabbed could od messed up the engine.Don' t ever feel stuip for not knowing something.It's not worth damaging your veicle especially at the amount of money you'll pay for having to fix your car.

The store manager, Cory H., is extremely rude and seems to enjoy talking down to female customers to make himself feel superior. Even the district manager admitted that this location is losing business at an alarming rate because of how poorly customers are treated here. Until they can get employees who actually care about helping customers instead of arguing or making unprofessional comments like “I can get you a job here so you can see how bad it is,” I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
