  Two people behind the counter didn’t know what an OBD was. The woman said they don’t do those services when I said it’s to see what the check engine light was. I told her yes they do and she suddenly remembered. I’m not quite sure what the hiring requirements are but a little bit of mechanically inclined employees would probably render more sales. I just went to O’Reillys and instantly found out what it was and bought the part.

  Micah was very helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently took the time to check my voltage and charging status of my car battery. He also used a digital reader to show how my Sound System was affecting my battery and alternator's performance. I purchased my AutoZone battery a few months back, but the customer service never stopped.
