- VVVaquero72Apr 11, 20252.0I can see why it has two star average on Google. I know it’s a restroom, but does it have to smell like urine. Paper towels, none. Hand dryer working, no. By the grace of God there was actually hand sanitizer in the bathroom. No pride in offering customers a decent convenience store.
- TGTexas GonzoJun 6, 20241.0Stopped in for what I thought was a great deal to fuel up my Scion xB at less than $3/gallon. Of course not. Their chip scanner failed to pay at the pump (#6) on the 1st attempt, stating "my chip cannot be read; transaction cancelled". Ok, fine... try the non-contact reader, which worked. While getting my $31.11 in fuel, I noticed they hit my bank for TWO PREAUTH's at $126 EACH!!! The second one went away upon sale completion, but here I am with the first $126 pre-auth STILL holding on my account a day later. I know a LOT of people that don't have an extra $20, much less $126 for some greedy corporate entity to tie up needlessly. The clerk said "it should be back in a few minutes"... yeah, RIGHT. I WILL update, IF and when they give me my money back. Don't let a cheap posted price fool you into thinking you're getting a good deal. $31.11 in fuel costing $152.11, is outright theft. I will NOT be back to any sunoco if this isn't resolved TODAY (6.6.24). Grrr. Update 6.7.24: spoke to the manager yesterday, got the royal "oh it'll be a day or so" nonsense. Called my bank, 2 mins... problem solved. Bye, Sunoco
