  I went into Brakes plus because I had been informed by a tire store that my rear brakes needed to be replaced. James at brake plus took a look and told me that they did not need replacing yet, so kudos for being honest! Thank you!

  We came in for a wheel alignment and they were able to fit us in at the very last minute, which we really appreciated. The service was super fast, efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable. We even brought a coupon from Brakes Plus and they honored it with no issues. James, the manager, was especially friendly and welcoming. He even let us bring our pup inside while we waited. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

  I needed an expensive part as well as an oil change and am really tight on funds due to many reasons but James was very helpful and worked with me so I could take care of my car within my means! Very professional and cares about providing a good experience for the customers.

  I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Brakes Plus in Colleyville! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Michael Frazier was such a pleasure to work with—attentive, professional, and incredibly kind. He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed and made sure I understood every step of the process, which gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. What really stood out was his personality—he was informative while also being genuinely funny, making what is usually a stressful situation feel easy and comfortable. It’s rare to find both excellent customer service and a great attitude in one place. I truly appreciate the honesty, compassion, and quality service I received. Brakes Plus has absolutely earned my trust and will be my new go-to for car service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable and friendly automotive care!

  The shop is very clean and the manager James was very professional and told me exactly what my car needed after my check engine light went off. He was transparent with me about the work that needed to be completed to get me back on the road which I really appreciate.Techs looked professional like you would see at the dealership didn’t look sloppy which is why I was as also comfortable with them working on my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back to get other work done in the future. This was my first experience taking my car somewhere else besides the dealer and it was way better than I expected.10/10 would recommend this shop to all my friends and family thanks again Brakes Plus you guys were awesome.
