Came up to get a quick 5 minute diagnostic and they blew us off because we were 20 minutes past 5pm when they told us to come back. They claimed all the bays were full. And that it was a little late to come and get help. But as we were pulling off a car pulled out of the bay and left. We could tell all they cared about was going home on time. We weren’t intending to leave the car for work. We just needed a 5 minute diagnostic for my friend and a price estimate. And we got weird energy from the guy with the long hair and the guy with shorter dark hair and beard as soon as we pulled back up to check out what’s going on when we came back. We went to Rev-Up auto and they were VERY kind. And we were out the door in 5 minutes with a price estimate and a quick diagnostic to give us an idea of what we were working with and we were on our way. Definitely will be getting our service done with Rev-Up Auto when we have the time. NOT this place.

They are excellent on customer service and honest and upfront from the very start. Thanks to James and the other James for taking good care of my Truck. Don’t know the Technician’s name but thanks to him as well for his expertise. Highly recommended!!!

However, this location in Colleyville had the best reviews. I literally went out of my way to experience it myself. Sure enough every team member at that location was very welcoming. Their customer service was outstanding and at the end of the day. I left satisfied with the cost of the maintenance to my car as well as the customer service provided.

After sharing with me about a significant and necessary repair, they stayed in constant communication about the work, and they never set an expectation that was unattainable. I cannot express enough about how good I feel about my decision to get work done here. I will come back for all regular maintenance and any additional repairs.
