  My husband and I been going to this location for a few years now and have really grown to trust their expertise and advice. I recently had a small hiccup with my emissions test and the manager, James, was quick to rectify. The entire team was so great to deal with. They were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We recommend them to all of our local friends.

  I had such a great experience at Brakes Plus in Colleyville, Texas thanks to James. He helped me with my car and provided truly amazing customer service from start to finish. He was polite, friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. He is also extremely knowledgeable about cars, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. It’s hard to find people who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind, and James was definitely both. He went above and beyond and made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. Brakes Plus is lucky to have someone like him. Highly recommend asking for James if you come here! :)

  Wonderful experience! James, the store manager, and Darren, a service advisor, took great care of me. They patiently explained what was wrong with my car (my back brakes were making a grinding noise) and fixed it within a few hours—all on the same day I brought it in. As a woman, I felt respected and treated professionally. I highly recommend this shop; it will be my go-to place from now on.
