  In no world did I expect the process to be so simple and convenient when I was told my car was hit in a parking garage. Between USAA, Caliber Collision, and Enterprise, I had minimal involvement in the process due to them making it so incredibly easy. They worked together behind the scenes to make the process quick, convenient, and stress-free. THANK YOU! I will absolutely use your services again if I ever need them.

  Hoy acabo de ir a ese lugar y la muchacha no me quiso rentar porque supuestamente quería un bill de la luz y le enseñe el de febrero que es el mas reciente y me dijo que ese no lo acepta porque tenia que ser un bill de marzo y le estoy diciendo que no tengo de marzo porque el mes aun no se a terminado que hasta abril no me llega el bill de marzo y me dijo que no podía rentar un carro con ellos la verdad es muy injusto

  When I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle, I was assisted by a blonde haired customer service representative who said she was the manager, I didn’t get her name. During the transaction, she asked for my personal auto insurance policy number and detailed coverage information. I explained that I had never been asked for that level of detail before and was simply seeking clarification. Her response was completely inappropriate. She told me that if I did not like their policy, I could leave, and stated that there were plenty of other reservations and she would rather give my car to someone else. She then accused me of “slamming” my purse on the counter, which did not happen, and said she did not like my attitude before telling me to leave. I found this interaction to be unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. As a paying customer with a valid reservation, I should not have been treated in this manner. Fortunately, I was later assisted by another representative named Kyle, who was courteous, professional, and completed my rental without any issues. His service was excellent and reflects the level of professionalism I would expect from your company. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed, and that appropriate action or retraining be taken to ensure other customers are not treated this way. I would also appreciate a follow-up regarding how this situation is addressed.

  Not only is it impossible to get in touch with this location, it is also almost impossible to ever get a car from them because they never have any cars. Actually waited 4 days for a car called in to work twice and then finally had to find a ride to Houston to rent a car from a different location.
