I scheduled pick up after 2:00pm on Sat and arrived at the airport at 3:05 to a closed desk. I arrived Sunday morning at 9:10 to hear that they didn't hold my car and reservations were tight so it might be an hr. As an Executive Elite renter, I expected better. Luckily they called me up after about 10 mins and gave a car two levels lower than I reserved that may have been wiped down, but definitely wasn't vacuumed. I hope my experience on Friday is better
