I rented from them and they charged me for returning the car early by one hour (not joking!) and random taxes and fees that were not mentioned in the online reservation. They also messed the odometer reading so I was charged 300$ for 1100 miles I didn't drive. All these issues we're brought up with the branch manager and he refused to help. Of course after calling customer service several times the issue was resolved on the corporate level. National is great but not this branch...
