- BCBryan CrossNov 9, 20251.0My partner had a bad experience barely now where he went to go get money back for the gas he didn't use from the gas cashier named Grace, and when he went up to the window, she was on her phone, and as he was waiting for her to notice him for about 2 seconds, afterwards she said to him, "you literally could've said something instead of standing there, looking at me, because now I feel uncomfortable," and I was shocked to hear that kind of professionalism coming from an H-E-B employee. Very strange behavior, instead of saying, "I'm sorry for not noticing you, how may I help you?" She tried to evade accountability for her lack of awareness to paying attention to customers when she was on her phone and attempted to shift the blame to my partner for standing there and politely waiting We'll make sure to avoid getting our gas serviced there whenever she is around, if this is how she treats customers when she's too busy on her phone
