After checking everything, he confirmed that Walmart was incorrect, and I was able to get my oil change done with no problem. Thank you so much to Larry and the Goodyear staff for being honest, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Great customer service all around!

Upon going and adding air to my tires That we’re now all four coincidentally low. I discovered that my tire valve caps were all missing. Nice try sir, but you’ll never get any money out of me again much less real overrated over priced service
- HHHailey HolmesNov 7, 20251.0My car battery died so I went to GoodYear and they replaced my battery and later that day I had error codes so I took my ford to the dealership and they informed me that whoever replaced my battery (GoodYear) didn’t reconnect the system properly and reset the system properly. This was very upsetting because I not only had to spend money at GoodYear trusting they would take care of me, but then when they didn’t I had to go elsewhere and spend even more money to correct their errors. Customer service was good, but If you drive a Ford I would stick to college station ford.

Despite not having my appointment in the books, Donavan still put me in to be seen. did not speak with the mechanic that worked on my car. However, he was very thorough when inspecting my brakes. Thank you for taking the time to fit me in and to offer a free brake inspection. I am very grateful to you all for this complimentary service. Have a wonderful day!
