  Awesome place of business! I came in simply for some air in my tire and i was greeted by their great team members. Once in the bay, darien checked all my tires, sprayed down the tire that keeps going low and even provided me with water during my wait! Atmosphere of the business is very welcoming as well as their crew. I will be returning for oil changes from now on.

  I’ve had consistently great experiences at Express Oil Change. Every visit is very quick and efficient, and the mechanics are always extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Draimon was great! They take the time to explain things clearly without being pushy, which I really appreciate. Their prices are also very fair, especially considering the quality of service. I always leave feeling confident that my car was well taken care of, and I highly recommend them.

  I had my wheel alignment and tire balancing done here and the experience was excellent. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. My vehicle drives much smoother now, and the steering feels perfectly aligned. The service was fast, honest, and reasonably priced. You can tell they care about quality work and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing alignment or tire services.

  It was time for my trucks oil change. I went to Walmart to have the oil changed like I had done the time before. The service person called me back to the service area. They had drained the oil but could not remove the oil filter. They had attempted to remove the oil filter with their limited tools. They invited me to look under the service rack where I could see they had scared the oil filter. They said to return the truck to the place I had the oil change last. I told the service person that they had changed the oil the last time. They pulled my records up on their computer that showed a different brand of oil filter was installed not the brand that was on the truck. I said that they installed the current oil filter and their records were incorrect. The person checking me out for the previous oil change made several mistakes on the previous bill. So, Walmart refilled the oil with new oil and I returned home. At home I decided I would go get a new oil filter and oil and change my oil myself. On the way to get the oil and filter, I saw the Express Oil Change and decided to pull in. I told the counter person my problem with Walmart service. I made the person was aware of the oil filter problem. They quoted me price for the oil change. I ask them to attempt to loosen the oil filter before draining the oil. The person working on my truck said that the oil filter was spraying oil from the damage Walmart had done to the filter. They were able to remove the oil filter and recover over half of the new oil. They put a new oil filter and topped the oil off. Express Oil Change said there would be no charge for the filter, the oil and their labor. I would like to thank the employees of Express Oil Change Dez and Che for their help and I will be back for my next oil change.
