  I visited today and had a great experience. The staff—especially Maggie—were wonderful, kind, and very supportive. They checked my tire pressure, lights, oil, and everything thoroughly. I really appreciated their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

  Back again for service on another vehicle. Draimon and Maggie were fantastic. Was in and out quickly and was provided world class service. Integrity is painted on the walls of this shop and it holds true with these 2. I trust them! Again they were kind to my kids (they remembered us!). Won’t go anywhere else.

  Absolutely fantastic experience here. I had been having a long and rough day all even on Christmas Eve, and Draimon and Maggie were Informative, understanding, and helpful as can be. Even made me laugh. Did a fluids check and told me about the oil im using showing how much more life it has. 10/10 would recommend this Express Oil Change.

  Today I took my 2018 Kia optima in for an oil change, and let me tell you I was astonished by the customer service I received. Kim was my top side technician while Che was the one working underneath. I was provided water for me and my co pilot (my dog). While the service was taking place Kim and I went through my lights, air pressure, and other parts of their safety check. When the oil change was complete, I was instructed to start my vehicle and within a matter of seconds they had me turn it back off. They hadn’t changed the oil filter yet. Now I know for some this would be upsetting. But honestly, it was caught so fast and handled so well that it didn’t matter to me. They didn’t even hesitate to let me know the mistake that was made and handled it with humility and grace. That’s real integrity. I admire that especially in today’s world where most would have never said a word and went about their day. The customer service didn’t end there. I was not charged for anything. They took 110% accountability and refused to let me pay a dime. It was an honest mistake on a busy day. We’re all human, shit happens. I’ve had far worst done to me and had the wool pulled over my face. That didn’t happen today. A little bit of my faith was restored by Kim, Che, and Kevin. I’m a customer for life. Great job team and keep up the great work. God bless you.
