The tire had lost some air pressure in the process and Brandon out of kindness of his heart, brought over his personal compressor and helped us fill that tire back up to a safe psi. Batteries would charge to 12.5+ volts and hold but once a load was placed on them to start the diesel in my truck, the batteries would drop out to 10 volts or less. LT was so kind to check them out and verified that both Optima Red Top 34/78 Batteries were holding 12.5+ voltage but showed an internal fault. One battery was 11 years old and the other 14 years old. I’m ok with the life I got out of them, it was much more than I expected. LT and Eli helped me get those failed batteries out and get me 2 new Optima Red Top 34/78 batteries that you had in stock. I greatly appreciate their help in getting me back on track.

The next day we took my daughter's car in to get a new battery. Leroy helped us. Leroy was about to replace our weak battery when he noticed that we still had one year left of warranty on the battery installed by the dealership. He pointed that out and suggested that we check with the dealer before we spent $250 on a new one. That was a tremendous help since this happened 3 days before my daughter started classes at ATM. The car has been to Firestone twice where they said the battery was weak and they tried to sell us a new battety both times. Not once did they mention that the one we had was still under warranty. Once you open the hood the sticker on the battery is very apparent, so they had to know. I've bought numerous batteries from this company for other cars because their batteries have longer warranties than batteries from other places. We will continue to buy batteries and other suppliers from this company because they are a good value. Honest, helpful employees, such as Leroy, are a tremendous asset, and because of him, we will continue to be loyal customers!

That I purchased did not solve my car issue, but after we figured that out, she gave me some really good information, on what else the problem could be. She was wonderful, excellent customer service.
