- GVGordon VincentOct 18, 20252.0I went to get a cabin air filter, I'm glad I tried to install it before I left, because it did not fit my son's car. I went back in with the actual filter and they looked up the numbers on the filter, again brought the wrong filter. The employee said they updated their computer system and that was happening a lot more now. The employee was nice enough to keep trying to find the right size, which she eventually did. Was it frustrating? Yes, but I was was not on a time schedule. Had I not tried to install the filter there, and had to bring it back, then I would have a different option. I normally use a different parts store, but this one was close to my son's apartment, the employee was really friendly, but I think I'll have to stick with my parts store in the future, lesson learned.

Poped the hood and they didn't tighten the negative cable, completely disconnected. She was stranded and had no way to tighten it back on on her own. Called the store and of course nobody answers. Do better AutoZone, this ain't rocket science.
