  Salesman and financial adviser were great. As usual, here are the 2 tricks they pulled. 1. Added 799.00 dealer options at the end that is supposedly added to all new cars sold. 2. I didn’t get the 5000.00 off the sales price, I only got 4000.00 off because I didn’t trade a vehicle in on the deal. (Neither of these options were ever discussed by the salesman and they thought I would miss it on the total price sheet.) 1799.00 higher than their internet price said and never was told until I caught it. I talked them out of 500.00 of the 1799.00 added price. Naturally, they weren’t making anything on the cars they sale. But, they will beat anyone’s price as their add says. UNTIL you get ready to close the deal. SURPRiSE!!!! Manager was not nice at all.

  Has a good time buying a pre owned vehicle there. No thrills, no frills. We were set on a price and we agreed on a compromise that satisfied both sides. I would go back and buy from them again. Thank you, Adrian Sanchez for your help.

  I had a situation where my vehicle’s check engine light came on, and I was honestly pretty stressed about it. I took it to Hyundai, and they were trying to charge me over $1,000 to fix the issue. Thankfully, David, the manager, really stepped in and took care of everything. Since I purchased the extended warranty, he made sure the repairs would be covered and arranged for it to be fixed when I return to town. That gave me so much peace of mind knowing I wasn’t going to be stuck with such a high unexpected cost. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and support I received. It made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommend!

  Stay away, they sold a vehicle out from underneath me. I was working a deal with the salesman and offer money down to hold the vehicle since I'm a 4hour drive away and it was a Tuesday which they declined. We worked a deal out as I was debating on trading a vehicle in or not depending on the offer. On Friday I contacted my salesman to finalize since he was off on Thursday and was told they just sold it to someone else. The crazy thing about this was I first reach out about the vehicle they told me it was on hold since they were working a deal the week prior so they couldn't do anything on it.

  Do not use martin Chevrolet service department....my Husbands car went in at the beginning of December he was told it was a censor they kept it 2 weeks, he drove it to work the next day and strait back to the dealer...oops must not have Been that censor its this one...kept it another 2 weeks...drive it home and strait back...oh you need a whole new transmission. We had to show them how to use the warranty. March 1st we finally get a new transmission, but...now our battery is dead because it sat outside since December. Now we must purchase a $300 battery before it can go in the bay for the transmission install. So 3/9 your car is ready and we did a free 30 point inspection...well car was filthy inside and out...tires needed air and one fog light is out....if we have to drive an hour for even an oil change that is what will be happening...Martin Chevrolet you lost a customer. UPDATE... The service manager, David Foreman has reached out and is doing his very best to make things right. We appreciate this and will be giving them another chance.
