After a nightmare experience at Walmart where they broke my dipstick and basically told me "good luck, come back when it’s fixed," Coral (the Assistant Manager) and her crew stepped up and saved the day. Not only did they successfully extract the broken piece, but they also made the entire visit enjoyable with their hospitality and positive energy. It’s rare to find a team with this kind of work ethic and genuine care for the customer. Walmart didn’t just lose an oil change; they lost all the shopping I was planning to do there, too. I’ll gladly pay a little extra for the peace of mind and incredible service I received here. This is definitely my new go-to spot!
