    When they finished my oil change, I had to have the curb shield cut off my car b4 I could get it fixed properly. Bcuz they stuck that piece into the engine cover plate, so I took it back. Damage so bad they had to zip tie that back in place. In 4 yrs using them NEVER checked engine or cabin filter. Take 5 found engine filter Nasty on previous oil change. Made Valvoline pull cabin filter .No wonder my AC wasn't working good. I will NEVER use them again. But the colored paper circles floating in a tube to show me I needed a Radiator flush....$245 , 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Store Manager, Mary, and Technician, Jeff, were thorough and fast. What’s more, is that they were personable. We had a nice conversation and shared a laugh. This may be the first time I’ve enjoyed an oil change! I’d suggest keeping them around.
