  Es una pesina tienda. Yo soy cliente comercial y nunca tiene tiempo de atenderte ni por telefono ni en persona mal carecter. Mandar partes eroneas y mal servicio 👎

  Although once we get helped everything is fine nobody greets you as you come and handicap is always full with no handicap plates or placements .

  La peor tienda en todo TX nunca un Autozone había tenido pésimo servicio como este ojalá la cadena haga algo con esta tienda roban y quieren vender partes q no corresponden a la marca del carro.. me robaron una batería de más de 300 dólar y la mujer encargada no quiso responder con mi reclamo siendo ella misma la que me atendió ojalá pongan personas capacitadas.

  I’ve had consistently great experiences at AutoZone. Every time I come in, they always have exactly what I need for my car, whether it’s parts, fluids, or tools. The store is well organized and stocked, which makes it easy to find things quickly. On the rare occasion I can’t locate something, the staff is always ready to help and point me in the right direction. What really stands out is how friendly and knowledgeable the employees are. They take the time to answer questions, explain what part works best, and even help check things like batteries or codes when needed. Customer service like that makes a big difference. It’s clear they care about helping customers and making sure you leave with the right solution. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable auto parts and excellent service. I don't get why all the the bad reviews/ comments made; maybe coming from those who are really inpatient. Need to understand this is a buey store. Don't wait last minute to buy your stuff.
